Overview
FanFair is a reimagined ticketing platform built to challenge dynamic pricing and restore fairness to live events.
By repositioning Ticketmaster through a fan first, artist supportive lens, the brand centers transparency, accessible pricing, and trust as its core differentiators.
Broken trust in ticketing.
The category has spent years training audiences to expect hidden fees, surprise surcharges, and dynamic pricing that rewards no one. Fans feel exploited. Artists feel disconnected from the experience their fans are paying for. The relationship that's supposed to be at the center of live music is the relationship the system keeps damaging.
From gatekeeper to advocate.
Audience behavior and market data reveal a digitally native, price conscious consumer who values transparency and actively compares platforms before purchasing. At the same time, industry wide backlash against hidden fees and dynamic pricing has weakened trust in traditional ticketing systems.
FanFair repositions ticketing around fairness, clarity, and artist alignment, shifting from transaction driven access to trust driven experience.
A visual system that sounds as fair as it acts.
The identity system spans a refreshed wordmark, monograms, and a flexible visual language built to scale across the platform's surfaces, from app and web through onsite signage at the venue.

Behind every ticket is an artist with a purpose and a fan with a story. We provide fair, artist guided access to the live moments that matter.New Brand Purpose
